Part of the implementation process is to determine what are the "GAPs" meaning, what your new CRM cannot do and what other applications you currently have, that will need to be integrated. Most of today's CRM's have the capability to integrate with many other applications, although sometimes the integration is not there or a development business has not created an integration yet. This would require adding a 3rd party to design, create and build the integration.
