We Help your Business Grow
"In the end, all business operations can be reduced to three words: people, product and profits. Unless you've got a good team, you can't do much with the other two."
Lee Iacocca
Current Way Of Doing Business VS.Ideal Way Of Doing Business
Business process re-engineering is in inevitable when you are considering a new ERP solution. Obtaining a new ERP solution for your business is disruptive, and you can take that in a bad way or good, really depending on how you look at it. It is my firm believe that ALL businesses should have their processes documented. When in reality, it is well, really hard, especially as a small business owner with a rapidly growing business. So many items on your plate, it is easy just to carry on. Well, having those processes already documented will allow you to quickly improve on what is not working and streamline even further (if possible) what is working.
In the past when ERP solutions were BIG, I mean really BIG and your company would have to change it's business processes to match what the system does. It's little different now, should you have very deep pockets you can certainly get an ERP solution and customize it to match (to a certain extent) your business processes. CAUTION: the work "customization" when speaking about ERP is tricky. When going through the software selection process, it is important to understand the difference between customization and configuration, as configuration is a process/feature that already is part of the system and can be slightly changed. Customization is when the system does not have the feature/function your business needs and would have to be designed, created and then tested. All of that adds to the bottom line and of course the cost. All of this has to do with Business Processes.

ERP Concierge consultants have experience working with ERP solution vendors, resellers, and professional services for ERP. We have worked with business with one person as a start up all the way to Esurance and fortune 500 companies.
What makes ERP Concierge different is that we are not trying to get a check and then figure out what is needed. We are soluton oriented and driven. We are here to HELP first, by really understanding the business and providing solutions that fit not just for the now but assist with a plan for the future. It is all about creating a lasting relationship.
In our experience working with a software vendor, those vendors have ONE product and of course they want to sell you their product. Value Added Resellers (VARS) more or less are the same, although some have more than one product. The result is the same, they have products and they want to sell them.
ERP Concierge has partnered with a handful of resellers and vendors not to sell you on a product, we partnered to leverage a relationship so that after the process of software selection is complete we are able to provide and advise on those products far more greater for your business. For example, you as a business owners/executive has chosen an ERP for the business and the it would be ERP Concierge's job to assist in choosing if that software's vendor is right for the implementation and/or on-going services. It may be that the vendor chosen for the software, their company culture or way of doing business does not match yours. If that is the case, we have VARS in our network that would. So, ERP Concierge would negociate the license contract with the vendor and then begin an evealuation with the right company to provide implementation services.
ERP Concierge has partnered with a handful of businesses, although we cannot partner will all. It is still our job to be constantly learning about new solutions and businesses providing services.
Every business is unique and has different needs. After the discovery process, it is determined that no business in our partnership meets the needs, we are happy to look further. It is our job to ensure your business is pointed in the right direction. Should this be the case, this does not change any out come as. It is not like going to see a doctor out of your network for example. At the end of the day it is about what is right for your business.
